These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the crirkex platform and its users. By registering on crirkex or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions and General Terms
The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:
- "Platform" refers to the crirkex website, mobile version, and all related services.
- "User" or "You" refers to any person registered on the platform or interested in registering.
- "Account" refers to your personal profile created by registering on crirkex.

2. Account Registration

When registering on crirkex, you must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. crirkex will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access. If you forget your password or notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
3. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the crirkex platform:
- You must be 21 years of age or older. This service is available to users aged 21 and above only.
- You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not legally prohibited.
- You must be of sound mind and using this service voluntarily.
- Your account may not be used for any business or commercial purpose.

crirkex may request identity documents (NID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time for age verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
The following payment methods are available for depositing funds on crirkex: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
All withdrawals will be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes. However, it may take longer if a verification process is underway.
4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
crirkex follows strict policies to prevent money laundering. crirkex reserves the right to verify or suspend any account without notice in the case of suspicious transactions. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
crirkex offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total of ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. Winnings related to the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer applies only once per person, household, or IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- crirkex reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
- You may withdraw a deposit without using a bonus; in that case, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated in the promotion.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Policy
All games on crirkex are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed, that bet will be considered void and the wagered amount will be refunded.
6.2 Cricket Betting
For cricket and any other sports betting, if a match is cancelled or the specified overs are not completed, the result will be determined according to crirkex's established rules. These rules apply to betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments.
6.3 Live Games
If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the result will be determined according to the game provider's rules. crirkex will not be liable for any loss caused by connection issues.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crirkex platform:
- Using fraudulent software or scripts in any game or betting system.
- Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
- Practising risk-free betting strategies ("arbitrage") with the intent of abusing bonuses.
- Attempting to collect or steal another user's account information.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or conducting hacking activities.
- Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Harassing, intimidating, or using abusive language towards other users.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
Violating these rules may result in crirkex closing the relevant account and forfeiting all funds without prior warning.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Suspension by crirkex
crirkex may temporarily or permanently suspend any account on suspicion of a terms violation, for verification purposes, or for security reasons. The user will be notified by email regarding the reason for the suspension.
8.2 Closure by User
You may close your account at any time. To do so, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

- Direct or indirect financial loss resulting from gaming.
In any circumstance, crirkex's maximum liability will be limited to the total balance in the user's account.
